Aside from business brokerage, he has extensive background in the agricultural equipment industry having been involved in the start-up and co-ownership of All Coast Tractor in Labelle, Florida and having held regional sales management positions with Mahindra USA and Woods Equipment Company.

Joe Marks – Principal
Mr. Marks has decades of business brokerage and management experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in finance. Andrew Welsh is originally from Cleveland, OH. He has dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Management and Hospitality Management. He has extensive background in developing strategies for businesses and developing plans to meet constantly changing needs of a highly competitive business market. He has also successfully owned and operated 3 landmark restaurants in Southwest Florida. His 27 years of living in the Southwest Florida area have given him extensive knowledge of trends and growth of the local business market.
