Larry L. Settle – Principal
Mr. Settle holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has over twenty-five years of management experience with a number of U.S. and international corporations including Borg-Warner, Textron, Sumitomo and Krupp. He has held a variety of operations and senior management positions including President and General Manager. His experience includes mergers and acquisitions, start-up, turnaround, expansion and divestiture.
Peter A. Mazzagatti – Principal
Mr. Mazzagatti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education and Accounting. He has over 30 years of experience as a business broker, and is a former high school teacher, having taught Accounting, Marketing and Business Education. As the CEO of his own business brokerage he has successfully sold or negotiated the sale of over 2,000 operating businesses varying in price ranges from $25,000 to over $4 million dollars.
Dave Williams – Principal
Mr. Williams is one of the most experienced business brokers in Southwest Florida. Having practiced here since 1977, he has seen Southwest Florida grow from a small seasonal community into one of the fastest growing areas in the United States. In doing so he has developed unparalleled knowledge of the business community throughout Southwest Florida. During his long career Dave has either sold or supervised the sale of thousands of businesses. In many instances he is now working with a third generation of business buyers and sellers.
Mr. Marks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has extensive background in hospitality and consulting industries resulting in an intuitive knowledge of the needs and concerns of both Sellers and Buyers. He is uniquely qualified at developing creative solutions for business acquisitions and divestitures. His experience in management consulting varies from in-depth analysis of a nationally recognized Fortune 500 company to developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for a local start-up company.
